As a Customer Experience Advisor at McCallum, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers and their families receive an outstanding experience from the moment they engage with us. This is a Full-Time, 12-month maximum-term contract position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fixed timeframe.
Acting as the central point of contact, you'll support customers to understand and navigate their service options, coordinate onboarding and intake processes, and help align their goals with our service offerings.
You'll work closely with both our Service Delivery and Rostering Teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and accurately. This includes assisting customers to understand their plans, connect with McCallum services, track progress towards their goals, and prepare for plan reviews. Your insights will also help shape and improve the overall customer journey at McCallum.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring
- A Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related qualification.
- Solid understanding of the NDIS, including plan structures, funding models, and service guidelines.
- Experience working in a disability services environment, ideally delivering NDIS-funded supports.
- A person-centred approach and knowledge of positive behaviour support and whole-of-life planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and prepare clear reports and correspondence.
- Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence working with client records and reporting systems.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
